The cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction records, as well as the Merchant’s policies and rules.

The procedures for opening a bank account are exclusively managed by each individual bank that is partnered with Positive zone Business Services. It should be understood that additional documents, if needed, may be requested by banks on a case-by-case basis, and Positive zone Business Services cannot guarantee the specific requirements of each bank. Positive zone Business Services does not provide any assurances that these financial institutions can fully address all your service requirements or cater to all your specific needs. t’s important to acknowledge that the internal policies of financial institutions are beyond the control of Positive zone Business Services, and any services offered by these institutions are not the responsibility of Positive zone Business Services. Please be aware that neither our representatives nor our agents have the authority to facilitate or provide a Power of Attorney (POA) for any banking transactions.

Incorporation of Standard Terms and Conditions

1.Application of Terms
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all services provided by [ POSITIVE ZONE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION SERVICES ] (“Service Provider”) are subject to the Service Provider’s standard Terms and Conditions, as published on the company website at https://positivezone.ae/terms-conditions/ . These Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.
2.Notification and Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, or by proceeding to engage or continue with the services of the Service Provider, the Client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the applicable Terms and Conditions as published on the website.
3.Updates and Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to update, amend, or modify its Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. The most current version, as published on the company website at the time of service provision, shall apply to all ongoing and future engagements.
4.Priority of Terms
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the published Terms and Conditions, the specific provisions of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions For Fees & Charges

The Company may, upon request by the client, provide administrative documents or official company confirmations such as, but not limited to: No Objection Certificates (NOCs), reference letters, attestation letters, shareholding certificates, custom certifications, company profile confirmations, and any other documentation not expressly included in the initial package or agreement.

Issuance and processing of the above administrative documents and any other documents outside the main service scope are not included in the standard service fee unless expressly stated. POSITIVE ZONE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION SERVICES reserves the right to apply additional administrative charges for the preparation, processing, verification, and issuance of any such document or service.

All additional fees for administrative documents and services will be disclosed to the client in advance, and no such document or service will be issued until the applicable fee is paid in full. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the nature, urgency, and complexity of the document or service requested. The Company will provide a fee schedule upon request, but reserves the right to update and amend such fees periodically and without prior notice.

Any service, documentation, or confirmation not specifically included in a signed service agreement, invoice, or official proposal shall be deemed an additional service, and the Company reserves the right to charge for such services as per its then-current internal fee schedule.

POSITIVE ZONE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION SERVICES reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Fees & Charges section and all other terms and policies from time to time without prior notice. The current version as published on this website at the time of the client’s request or engagement shall apply.

Policy on Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable. Any government charges transferred will be refunded if the government work is rejected for any reason; otherwise, only the balance amount will be refunded. Only the original mode of payment will be refunded.

Policy on Cancellation

If a job is cancelled due to government rejection, the job is considered cancelled, and the refund of government charges is processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Confirmation of Payment

An email will be sent for payment receipt/confirmation once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts. At least 7 working days are required for reflection in our accounts.

HOW, AND WITH WHOM, WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

POSITIVE ZONE respects your privacy and only shares Personal Data under controlled and lawful circumstances. By using our services or submitting any form, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your Personal Data as described below.

a. Transparency and Specified Purpose

We will only collect and share your Personal Data for the specific purposes set out in this policy including marketing and promotional activities, service delivery by our verified partners, and disclosures required by law. Your data will not be used for any unrelated or incompatible purposes without your further consent.

1. With Your Consent (Including for Marketing and Promotions).

By engaging with POSITIVE ZONE , you provide clear consent for us to collect your Personal Data and contact you. You also authorize POSITIVE ZONE to share your Personal Data with our authorized partners — including Netxsites, Premier Accounting, and MyWebb.host — for marketing, promotional activities, addon service offerings, and client experience enhancements. We only collect data that is necessary and relevant to provide our services effectively. We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein and in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

2. Third Parties Performing Services on Our Behalf.

We may share Personal Data with trusted third parties performing services on our behalf, including website hosting, payment processing, communications, marketing, or data analytics. These third parties are strictly limited to the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and data security. All our third-party partners, processors, and service-providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data. They may process it only under our instruction and solely for the defined purposes.

3. Affiliate and Partner Sharing.

POSITIVE ZONE and its authorized affiliates may share Personal Data for service delivery, analytics, account management, and marketing purposes. All partners are explicitly authorized, legally bound to confidentiality, and may only use the data as described in POSITIVE ZONE Terms & Privacy Policy. By submitting your data, you acknowledge and consent to such sharing and release POSITIVE ZONE and its partners from any liability arising from its proper use as outlined herein.

b. Withdrawal of Consent and Marketing Opt-Out

You may at any time withdraw your consent to receive marketing or promotional communications or to have your Personal Data shared for such purposes. 4. Business Reorganization.

POSITIVE ZONE may disclose Personal Data to government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other parties where legally required or necessary to protect POSITIVE ZONE or third parties’ rights, property, safety, or security.

Complimentary Services Clause

1. Provision of Complimentary Services

PositiveZone Business Services LLC (“Positive Zone”) may, at its sole discretion, provide certain complimentary or value-added services (“Complimentary Services”) to clients as part of a business setup package. These may include, but are not limited to, domain registration, website hosting, logo design, corporate email setup, and basic accounting software access.

2. Nature and Scope

All Complimentary Services are provided free of charge and are offered solely as an additional convenience to enhance the client experience. Such services do not form a part of the core business license package price or any paid deliverables agreed between Positive Zone and the client.

3. Third-Party Providers

Complimentary Services may be delivered directly by Positive Zone or through authorized third-party service providers. By availing such services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The performance, quality, and continuity of these services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

• Positive Zone shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, inaccuracy, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of third-party Complimentary Services.

• The client authorizes Positive Zone to share limited personal and company information with such providers solely for the purpose of facilitating the Complimentary Services.

4. Service Duration and Modification

Complimentary Services are time-bound and may be offered for a limited duration as determined by Positive Zone or the relevant partner. Positive Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or withdraw any Complimentary Service at any time, without prior notice or liability.

5. No Warranty or Guarantee

Complimentary Services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Positive Zone total cumulative liability, if any, arising from or related to any Complimentary Service shall not exceed the actual value of such Complimentary Service, which is deemed to be provided at no cost.

• Positive Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or connected with the use or inability to use any Complimentary Service.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for:

• Verifying the suitability of the Complimentary Service for their intended purpose.

• Maintaining backups of any data or materials related to such services.

• Ensuring timely renewal or continuation of such services if they wish to retain them beyond the complimentary period.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting or using any Complimentary Service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this clause and the applicable third-party terms and conditions governing such services.
